Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional bedside care and coordinate patient plans. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and clinical excellence in a supportive environment that promotes professional growth.

The position requires a nursing degree, active AZ license, and relevant certifications; candidates with NICU experience and L&D exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
L&D: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.
Two years NICU Level III experience (per facility requirements).
Arizona RN license with CPR; ACLS as applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care on assigned unit.
Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
Perform direct bedside nursing care using the nursing process.
Supervise and direct other healthcare staff as needed.
Participate in hourly rounding and ensure safety protocols.
