Job summary

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, AZ seeks a Registered Nurse to provide professional bedside care, coordinate care planning, and supervise staff as needed. You’ll participate in hourly rounding, ensure safety, and contribute to quality outcomes in a dynamic hospital setting.

The position offers a sign-on eligibility bonus up to $2,500 and a robust benefits package, supporting health, education, and work-life balance for qualified team members.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D only: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk and discharge planning needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determine nursing diagnoses based on assessment and data analysis.
• Set patient-specific outcome goals and guide patient and family in achieving them.
• Individualize the plan of care based on patient needs and circumstances.
• Implement nursing and medical orders appropriate to patient status.
• Perform other tasks as assigned at the hospital.
