Job summary

Genesis in Huntington, WV seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care under supervision. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required.
• Active RN license in the state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high-quality nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and supervise LPNs and CNAs as appropriate.
• Maintain real-time clinical documentation in PCC EHR; ensure safety and HIPAA compliance.
