Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long‑term care or geriatric settings preferred.
• Proficient in English reading/writing for clinical documentation.
• Complete health screenings as required by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LPNs, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation in PCC EHR.
• Ensure documentation aligns with HIPAA and safety standards.
