Job summary

Wellpath in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care using the nursing process. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurses to educate patients and support care plans in a fast-paced facility.

This role requires excellent communication and critical thinking to ensure optimal patient outcomes, with a full-time day shift and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care in collaboration with the Charge Nurse and team.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests or procedures.
• Count controlled substances and document nursing encounters per policy.
• Maintain SOAP notes and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
