Wellpath seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in our facilities within New Jersey. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to support assessment, planning, and execution of care plans, ensuring quality outcomes for underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse and team.
• Implement medical plans by administering medications and assisting with procedures.
• Count controlled substances and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and participate in meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
