Job summary

Wellpath in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care using the nursing process under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s). This role emphasizes compassionate care, clear communication, and adherence to clinical standards.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, administer medications, document encounters, and participate in mandatory trainings. A valid RN license in the state of employment and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1 year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with the charge nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and health care supervisory personnel as needed.
