Job summary

Wellpath in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process under Charge Nurse supervision. You will educate patients and families, monitor conditions, and coordinate with a warm, collaborative team to support quality outcomes.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least one year of clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse guidance.
• Administer medications and perform diagnostic support as required.
• Count and manage controlled substances following policies and procedures.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate clinical information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
