Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license must be in Arkansas or a compact state.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Certification in patient population as required.
• Use of AC Model of Patient and Family-Centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient-centered plans.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
• Demonstrate leadership in patient care and safety initiatives.
