Job summary

Arkansas Children's is seeking a registered nurse to join the Nurse Resource Pool for a full-time, 7p-7a shift. The RN will provide patient- and family-centered care across units, with involvement in rounds and collaborative care planning.

Requires an RN license in Arkansas or a compact state and an Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree is preferred. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience is expected; a $10K sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Arkansas or a compact state.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care per AC model and patient-family-centered care.
• Document, hand-offs, rounds and interdisciplinary communication.
• Assess patient developmentally and culturally sensitive care.
• Contribute to care planning and variations monitoring.
