Job summary

Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock is seeking an RN II for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit on a weekend night schedule (7pm–7am). This full-time role requires an Associate degree or nursing diploma and an Arkansas RN license or compact licensure.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is recommended; one year of RN experience or equivalent ACH ladder progress is preferred. Candidates will provide high-quality patient care in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or nursing diploma required.
• Arkansas RN license or compact-state license required.
• One year of RN experience or demonstrated ACH ladder progress required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the NICU during weekend night shifts (7pm–7am).
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and policy standards.
• Collaborate with the interprofessional team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
