Job summary

Arkansas Children's Hospital is seeking an RN for the Nurse Resource Pool/Float Team. This full-time role requires providing safe, patient- and family-centered nursing care across multiple hospital areas, with a 7p-7a shift.

Eligible candidates hold an Associate Degree in Nursing with RN licensure in Arkansas or a compact state, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license (Arkansas or Compact State).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides competent nursing care within the AC Model of Patient and Family-Centered care.
• Communicates and documents clearly; participates in rounds and hand-offs to ensure continuity of care.
• Assess patients, develop and implement plans of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Advances evidence-based nursing practice and applies clinical knowledge to patient care.
