Coast Plaza Doctors Hospital in Norwalk, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II for full-time 12-hour shifts with weekend availability. Base rate ranges from $45.16 to $66.40 per hour, with overtime eligible after 8 hours and an averaged rate of $52.69–$77.47 per hour for night shifts and extended coverage.

The RN collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care, conducts assessments, administers medications, documents care, and educates patients and families.

Qualificações

• One (1) years’ experience preferred in the area applied for.
• RN licensure required.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate patient-centered care.
• Perform nursing duties including assessments, medication administration, and IVs.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff using AIDET principles.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy under HIPAA.
