Qualifications

• RN license with current state registration.

Responsibilities

• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Record assessment, care delivery, medications in EMR.
• Monitor vital signs and report medication reactions promptly.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and post-operative care.
• Prepare and administer medications per policy.
• Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team; manage transfers and discharges.
