Responsibilities

• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Accurately record assessments, care delivery, medications, and treatments in the EMR.
• Monitor vital signs and report adverse reactions to medications promptly.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and post-surgery care.
• Administer medications following physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and transfers.
