Job summary

Coast Plaza Doctors Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse II for full-time 3 shifts per week, including weekends. Base pay ranges from $45.16 to $66.40 per hour, with overtime and a potential $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

The RN will provide patient-centered care, coordinate care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting. Strong communication and adherence to HIPAA are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the nursing field preferred.
• Ability to coordinate patient care and educate patients and families.
• Proficient in documenting in electronic medical records and SBAR communication.

Responsibilities

• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Monitor vital signs and report adverse reactions promptly.
• Prepare and administer medications following state and policy.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines and document plans.
• Attend required trainings and maintain patient records.
