Washington Soldiers Home in Washington State is seeking a Registered Nurse 2 for a full-time swing shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). The role supports skilled nursing and nursing-related care for veterans, under RN 3 supervision, with leadership responsibilities for NAC staff.

The position is non-telework and located on site in Orting, WA, with a schedule Tuesday to Saturday. A valid WA RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program are required, and a one-dollar shift premium applies

Formación

• A valid Washington State license to practice as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to facilitate effective and safe clinical care for residents.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered on a year-for-year basis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical treatments, medication administration, and documentation.
• Lead and guide NAC staff on unit.
• Perform nursing assessments and quarterly Minimum Data Set completion.
• Maintain healthcare records and communicate with staff.
