Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Lead and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient/family needs.
• Deliver patient/family centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental factors.
• Participate in professional practice models, shared governance, and ongoing professional development.
