Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct other team members; collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide age-appropriate care.
• Deliver patient/family centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs.
• Participate in care coordination, health teaching, and evaluation of goals and interventions in line with MUSC policies.
