Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing preferred; RN with an Associate or Diploma must enroll in an accredited BSN program within two years and obtain BSN within four years.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Directs and leads other team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team to provide age-appropriate care.
• Delivers patient/family-centered care and health teaching according to MUSC policies.
• Participates in shared governance and professional development to promote leadership and clinical excellence.
