Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of nursing staff.
• Interdisciplinary team collaboration in a psychiatric hospital.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing coverage for the Admissions Office and float when needed.
• Administer medications and treatments and document care.
• Coordinate staff assignments and unit-based responsibilities as needed.
• Promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed patient care and safety.
