CarePoint Health Management Associates in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a part-time RN responsible for assessing and implementing patient care. The role includes coordinating with rehabilitation services and ensuring patient independence for returning home.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid RN/NJ License.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required.

What You’ll Be Doing

RN is responsible for assessing, implementing and evaluating the delivery care; the professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team which may include coordination of services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient's independence to return to their prior residence.

What We’re Looking For

Part‑time, Day shift, 7am, 12‑hour shift. 48‑hours Per Pay Period. Rotating weekend Saturday and Sunday

• RN/NJ License
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required
• BSN preferred
• Relevant experience preferred
• NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale)
