Job summary

Hudson Regional Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across our four-hospital network in Hudson County, NJ. The RN will coordinate delivery, delegate tasks, and collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in Nursing, a NJ RN license, and BLS certification, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. This is an on-site role at our Hoboken-area facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Valid NJ RN License required.
• BLS from AHA required.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate delivery of care.
• Coordinate patient care and delegate tasks within the care team.
• Collaborate with healthcare team, patients, and families to ensure quality outcomes.
• Uphold high standards of professional ethics.

What You'll Be Doing

• The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care.
• The RN assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.
• As an integral member of the health care team, coordinates patient care and communicates and collaborates extensively with the other members of the healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s).
• Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics.

What We're Looking For

• Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Valid NJ RN License required.
• BLS from AHA required.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience required.
