Job summary

Hudson Regional Health in New Jersey seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a high-tech, patient-first environment. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure ethical practice across shifts.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN (BSN preferred) with an active NJ RN license and BLS. 1–2 years of relevant experience is required for this role, based at our Hoboken-area facilities.

Qualifications

• ADN is required to practice as an RN.
• NJ RN license required for employment.
• BLS certification from AHA is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with the health care team and families.
• Delegate patient care to other health care team members as appropriate.

What You'll Be Doing

• The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care.
• The RN assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.
• As an integral member of the health care team, coordinates patient care and communicates and collaborates extensively with the other members of the healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s).
• Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics.

What We're Looking For

• Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Valid NJ RN License required.
• BLS from AHA required.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience required.
