Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking an RN - ICU for night shift. The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, 7pm–7:30am, with weekend rotation required. Travel is not required.

You will deliver nursing care, apply the nursing process, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise assigned unlicensed staff to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in the State of IL required
• BSN degree preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for healthcare provider required
• Minimum 1 year of hospital nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Contribute to safety outcomes and high quality patient experience

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: BSN degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred
