Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts at Evanston Hospital. The role offers 36 hours per week with a compressed schedule from Monday through Friday, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care, applying the nursing process, ensuring regulatory compliance and guiding other nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care while promoting safety and excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred but not required.
• Current IL nursing license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.

• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights: Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.
