Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL is seeking an RN - ICU for full-time night shifts (7pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends. You will apply nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, maintain competency, and support peers in a safe, professional environment.

Requirements include Illinois nursing licensure, AHA CPR, ACLS, NIHSS within 3 months of hire; PALS/NRP may be required. Minimum one year of staff-nurse experience and graduation from an accredited nursing program are expected.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a staff nurse.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
• Communicates effectively and can guide and supervise nursing personnel.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
• ACLS Certification and NIHSS within 3 months of hire.
• PALS, NRP may be required within six months depending on unit requirements.
• American Heart Association CPR Certification.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.
