Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Critical Care unit in Glenview area. The role is full-time, 36 hours weekly with a night shift from 7pm to 7:30am and rotating weekends.

A current IL nursing license and BLS/CPR are required, with BSN preferred and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience preferred. You will deliver nursing care, apply the nursing process, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor unlicensed staff while prioritizing safety and patient experience across

• Education: BSN degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.
