Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for Critical Care on the night shift in Arlington Heights, IL. This part-time position offers 24 hours per week with shifts from 6pm to 6:30am and every other weekend.

The pay range starts at $36.00 per hour, rising to $55.80 based on experience, with a revised minimum of $37.25 base pay from October. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care coordination, and clear communication with patients and care teams.

Qualifications

• Successfully complete an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.

• Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What you will do:
