Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN - ICU for part-time 24 hours per week in Highland Park, IL. Shift is 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with rotating weekends. IL nursing license required; BSN preferred; BLS/CPR certification required; 1+ year hospital nursing experience preferred.

The role involves providing care to all patient populations, applying the nursing process, maintaining regulatory compliance, and guiding unlicensed staff while contributing to safety and high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Hours: 7am-7:30pm (Day shift), w/ rotating weekends

What you will need:
