Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced RN for ICU care on a full-time basis. The role supports nursing leadership, applies evidence-based practice, and ensures safety and quality of patient care.

The successful candidate will have an Illinois RN license, ACLS within 3 months, and NIHSS completion within 3 months. Work hours include 7pm-7:30am with every-other weekend and rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
• ACLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• American Heart Association CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Maintains competency and supports peer development.
• Implements safety measures to prevent injuries to patients and staff.
• Guides and supervises staff in patient care.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner.

Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure.
