Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for night shift coverage in Highland Park, IL. This is a full-time, 36-hour week position from 7pm to 7:30am with rotating weekends, requiring IL nursing licensure and BSN preferred.

BLS/CPR for healthcare providers is mandatory, and hospital experience is favored. You will deliver nursing care, apply the nursing process, and ensure regulatory compliance while supervising assigned unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1 year current hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What You Will Need

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: BSN degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred
