Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for Critical Care on the night shift in Arlington Heights, IL. The role is full time (36 hours/week) or part time, with 6pm–6:30am shifts and every other weekend.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree or BSN, current Illinois nursing licensure, and CPR certification. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for RNs with 2+ years ICU experience.

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• $15,000 Sign on Bonus for RNs with 2+ years of RN ICU experience

• Location: Arlington Heights, IL

• Full Time/Part time: Full time, 36 hours/week

• Hours: 6pm - 6:30am (Night shift), Every other weekend

• Required Travel: No

What you will do:

What you will need:

• Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing

• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois

• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
