Job summary

St. Luke's Health System in Idaho is seeking a compassionate ICU/IMCU Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced environment.

You will collaborate with physicians, APs, respiratory therapists and the care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care while upholding safety, quality and compassion as part of our nonprofit mission.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Experience: 1+ years' experience, 2+ years strongly preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU/IMCU patients in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans while ensuring patient safety and quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). Position Summary

The ICU/IMCU Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and progressive care patients. Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care plans while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compassion.
