Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking an LPN to support our Medical/Surgical and Swing Bed patients in a nonprofit community hospital setting. You’ll work within an integrated health system and benefit from professional development opportunities and system-wide stability.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Current BLS-CPR Certification from recognized bodies (AHA, ASHI, ARC).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the continuum for medical-surgical and swing bed patients.
• Care for acute medical-surgical patients and swing bed patients transitioning from hospital to home.
• Promote healing, independence, and exceptional patient experiences.

Join our nonprofit critical access hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supporting our Medical/Surgical and Swing Bed patients.
