As a comprehensive medical center, Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett offers expertise in various specialties including Emergency Services, Inpatient & Outpatient Surgical Services, Med/Surge, Ortho, Critical Care, and Women’s Services.

RN ICU Full Time Days Position Summary

This role involves providing direct clinical patient care. The responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level. The role also includes supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The nurse is accountable to support the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources effectively related to patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an active and current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

Education:

  • Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Preferred: Bachelor or Master degree in Nursing.

Certification:

  • Required: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law, regulation, or policy in the state of practice. CPR certification is also required.
