Atlas MedStaff LLC. seeks a travel ICU nurse to provide specialized care to critically ill adults in a MICU during a 13-week assignment, managing sepsis, AKI, stroke, ARDS, COPD, DKA and post-arrest complications.

Shifts are three 12-hour days per week with weekend coverage every other weekend; floating to comparable units and nearby facilities may occur. Documentation is on EPIC and medication management on Omnicell.

Job Description

Provide specialized care to critically ill adults in a medical intensive care setting during a 13-week travel assignment. You will manage patients experiencing sepsis, acute kidney injury, stroke, acute respiratory distress or failure, COPD, diabetic ketoacidosis, post-cardiac arrest complications, and electrolyte imbalances. The schedule includes three 12-hour day shifts, with weekend coverage every other weekend, though weekend needs may vary. Floating to comparable units and nearby facilities is required. You will use EPIC for documentation and Omnicell for medication management.

Expect generally mild and comfortable days with cooler evenings. Outdoor conditions are often pleasant for exploring the area, with occasional rain possible.
