Job summary

Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, OR is seeking a dedicated RN for ICU on a .9 FTE night shift (7pm–7:30am, 3 twelve-hour shifts weekly) with rotating weekends. You will deliver high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We offer extra incentives including a $10/hour night shift differential and a $6,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Registered Nurse License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• License in state where care is delivered
• 1 year of Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in ICU as assigned.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, documentation, and family communication.
