ARMStaffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our ICU Float Pool. The selected candidate will float across ICU units in a large teaching facility and adapt to a flexible schedule, including every other weekend. Current requirements include AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS, and EPIC proficiency.

CCRN is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience. Ideal candidates demonstrate resilience, teamwork, and ability to manage critically ill patients across cardiovascular, vascular, trauma,

Qualifications

• AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required.
• NIHSS certification required prior to start.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large (500+ bed) teaching facility.
• Experience with patients post cardiac surgery, vascular, trauma, general surgery, neurosurgery, and overflow MICU.
• Proficient with EPIC electronic medical record system from within the past 2 years.
