Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses in Allentown, PA is seeking a skilled CVICU Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Float Pool. You will provide comprehensive care for critically ill adults and float across units as needed.

Requirements include 2+ years ICU experience, a PA or compact license, and ACLS/BLS certifications. We offer travel reimbursement, housing allowance, meals, and a 401(k) with match to support our nurses.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled CVICU Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of CVICU experience to join our Critical Care Float Pool. The ideal candidate will possess a valid PA or compact license and will be responsible for the comprehensive care of adult patients in critical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions in critical care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Float to various critical care units when required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Critical Care Float Pool experience preferred.
• Current PA or compact nursing license in hand.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience in a Trauma Level I facility is strongly preferred.
