Description:Travel experience required for ICU Registered Nurse position.This position may float between units.Weekend shifts are required, with a minimum of 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.The expected patient ratio is 1:2.The facility is a short-term acute care setting with a total of 379 staffed beds.It operates as a Level II trauma center.Nursing personnel are required to wear solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire.Print tops are not acceptable.The job requires experience with various patient diagnoses including respiratory disorders, renal disorders, and sepsis.It includes responsibilities such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and management of ventilated patients.Familiarity with charting systems, particularly Epic, is required.Interdisciplinary support is available from various teams including physical therapy and pharmacy.Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities if required.Travelers who refuse to float may be subject to termination of assignment.Inflexibility regarding scheduling or time off requests may lead to contract termination.Candidates must provide 2 references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years.
