Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of specialty experience or 2 years of ambulatory care or hospital-based experience as a RN.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required, or to be obtained at first opportunity with employment.
• Initiative, multitasking ability, and readiness to take on responsibilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing assessment and care in an ambulatory setting.
• Act as patient care advocate and provide education to patients.
• Manage patient cases and/or perform specialized procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and ancillary services; direct clinical staff and may float to other ACU clinics as needed for staffing.
