Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Florida RN license is required.
• BLS certification required or obtained within first month of employment.
• Specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing assessments.
• Act as patient care advocate and provide education.
• Coordinate patient case management with the care team.
• Collaborate with other health care providers and ancillary services.
• May float to UFHP practices for staffing as needed.
