Job summary

Qualifications

• ASN required at hire.
• BSN preferred; RN with BSN within 3 years if not already held.
• Current Florida RN license (active).
• Professional nursing board certification preferred at hire; required within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and identify concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans for outcomes.
• Engage patients and families as active participants in care planning and delivery.
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality.
• Delegate and supervise care by LPNs and UAP.
• Uphold patient advocacy, safety, and clinical excellence.
