IU Health West in Avon, IN is seeking an RN House Supervisor (Associate Administrator) to join our leadership team for a Special Weekend Option, nights, 6pm-6am. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to impact patient care and operations.

The RN will provide leadership in the absence of administrative staff, manage patient flow, and coordinate with departments to resolve challenges, while upholding IU Health West's commitment to exceptional care.

Competenze

BSN required or equivalent nursing experience.
Active RN license in IN or NLC.
BLS certification; ACLS may be required per unit.
5–7 years of relevant experience; leadership preferred.

Mansioni

Provide leadership, management, and oversight in the absence of administrative staff.
Facilitate patient flow and expedite patient placement.
Consult on emergency situations and coordinate with departments.
