Job summary

IU Health West in Avon, IN is seeking an RN House Supervisor (Associate Administrator) to join our leadership team. This Special Weekend Option covers nights on Saturday-Sunday and Friday or Monday, 6pm-6am.

As a full-time leader, you will oversee operations in the absence of senior staff, facilitate patient flow and placement, and collaborate with departments on urgent issues. BSN and Indiana RN license required; 5–7 years of leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required or relevant experience.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC license.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required.
• Completion of Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within 1 year.
• 5-7 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage in the absence of administrative staff.
• Facilitate patient flow and placement.
• Consult on emergencies and major incidents.
• Collaborate with departments and administrators on issues.
