Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care/health care.
• Ability to independently assess resident condition, prioritize care, and communicate effectively with providers, residents, and leadership.
• Willing and able to work any shift; meet safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift-level clinical and supervisory leadership.
• Perform timely RN assessments for significant changes in condition and coordinate interventions.
• Ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation and follow-up.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate staffing and resident care needs.
• Maintain compliance with policy, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
