Franklin Health & Rehabilitation Center in Rocky Mount, VA is seeking an RN House Supervisor for our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN with at least 3 years of acute care experience, oversee the nursing department in the DON's absence, manage staffing and admissions, and mentor evening and night shift staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current Virginia license.
• Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the nursing department in the DON's absence.
• Reviews staffing at shift change and assigns/replaces staff.
• Completes patient care rounds and coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Assists in orientation of evening and night shift employees.
• Supervises and evaluates evening and night shift staff.
