• RN license for practicing state

• Oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts and ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
• Act as administrative point of contact during non-business hours (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Coordinate patient flow and manage staffing
• Address emergencies and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
