Qualifications

• Associate degree required and RN license in Texas; 5 years supervisory experience in acute care preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or obtained within specified period.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ER operations and maintain clean, therapeutic environment.
• Provide direct nursing care and develop patient care plans.
• Assess patient needs and coordinate with physicians for treatment.
• Coordinate patient admissions and transfers as needed.
• Document care accurately and comply with HIPAA and policy.
